Responsibilities
➢ Establish, maintain and drive improvements in the Walmart Management system. This includes ownership of monthly and weekly meeting agendas.
➢ Ensure appropriate flows of business information and that key issues are identified for action by the appropriate members of the Leadership Team.
➢ Ensure clarity of priorities, metrics and actions across the Leadership Team.
➢ Participate in Walmart/Sam’s strategic and operational initiatives, taking a coordination, implementation or project lead role as required.
➢ Prepare and/or coordinate various communications, reports, presentations, briefings, executives and board papers as requested by leadership team.
➢ Develop and maintain relationships with the leadership team and other key stakeholders to enable business delivery.
Requirements
➢ 5+ years of business strategy experience with evidence of strong performance and career progression.
➢ Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
➢ Effective verbal and written communication skills.
➢ Proficient in writing and speaking both English and Chinese.
➢ Business acumen and highly results oriented.
➢ Track record of developing collaborative working relationships.
➢ Ability to learn on the fly and adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.
➢ Analyzing and drawing insights from data.
➢ Bachelor’s degree in business, MBA is a plus.
