职位描述
The role must work with Private Brand (PB) teams of both Hypermarket and Sam’s Club to formulate strategies and develop monitoring processes based on food safety regulatory requirements and Walmart Corporate requirements to achieve product compliance of PB and Direct Imports (DI), while support business to build and develop quality teams and quality assurance processes to enable business quality ownership.
The position will supervise and lead food and non-food technical managers to work with suppliers via PB teams and DI team/merchants, factories, 3rd party laboratories and in-house teams to assure Walmart China’s compliance expectations and provide advice and support to Quality functions of both Hypermarket and Sam’s Club to enable quality improvements for PB and DI products.
1. Develop strategies to Compliance processes related Private Brand product development life cycle and Direct Imported product testing/inspection process.
2. Formulate and implement Compliance processes before product launch and before shipment for DI products.
3. Supervise direct reports and work with other team members to ensure Compliance approval for PB product development before launch and DI product testing/inspection before shipment.
Requirements：
University: 4 year degree, preferably in Food Engineering, Biotechnology, or Agriculture
At least 6 Years of working experience related to food products processing, QA or retail product QA
Knowledge of food and agricultural products processing and related laboratory testing protocols
