To continuously build and promote ethics & integrity culture in Walmart China,
The Ethics and Compliance Training & Awareness Manager responsible for driving and promoting the execution of the ethics and compliance program/project and support culture-Building Initiatives within the company. This role focuses on ensuring that associates at all levels have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their jobs effectively and are aware of important policies, procedures, best practices and mitigates compliance risks.
Essential Functions
1. Awareness Campaigns
· Development & Execution:
- Design and initiate multi-channel awareness campaigns (e.g., annual enterprise awareness, monthly compliance themes) to embed ethical behavior into daily operations.
- Partner with Internal Communications to feature compliance messages in newsletters, town halls, and leadership meeting.
· Content & Channels:
- Creatively explore multiple communication approach such as visually engaging materials: infographics, short videos, podcasts, quizzes, and interactive intranet portals.
- Develop attractive and effective awareness content by leverage storytelling, real-world scenarios, and company-specific case studies.
- Utilize digital tools (e.g., mobile apps, gamified platforms) to reach remote/deskless associates.
· Risk-Specific Campaigns:
- Develop crisis simulation exercises or “ethics ahoc” to prepare teams for high-pressure scenarios.
- Address emerging risks with targeted communications.
2. Measurement of Effectiveness
· Oversee and enhance effectiveness of all Ethics and Compliance awareness campaigns via surveys, focus groups, and engagement metrics
· Proactively seek feedback/suggestion from key business partner and audiences and develop practical improvement plan on awareness effectiveness.
3. Training Program Development
· Create engaging training content (e-learning, workshops, videos) for ethics and compliance subject matter areas.
· Assist tailor materials for diverse audiences, including associates, suppliers and third parties.
4. Collaboration
· Closely partner with Ethics& Compliance internal teams, other business partners to achieve training objectives.
· Advise leadership on compliance culture and training & awareness effectiveness.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Communication or Marketing
2. At least 5 years related work experience in multi-national company, minimum 3 years’HR/training/awareness/marketing related experience.
3. Background in behavioral psychology, marketing, or communications to drive culture change.
4. Excellent English proficiency required.
5. Proven ability to design innovative, multi-format awareness campaigns in a corporate or regulated environment.
6. Experience with digital engagement tools (e.g., Vyond, Canva, Kahoot) and analytics platforms.
7. Familiarity with AI-driven tools for personalized content delivery
8. Strong interpersonal, people skills
