Responsibilities

1.       A/C Level II Monitoring Lead / A/C Monitoring Lead (Senior Manager)

1.1       DRIVE LEVEL II PROGRAM SUSTAINABILITY Recruit talents and develop succession planManage resources to deliver annual reviews according to GlobalSupport cross market collaboration and special projects where applicable

1.2       ENSURE LEVEL II PROGRAM FUNDAMENTALS AND STANDARDSEnsure all review projects' documentation in line with Global Level II standardsEffectively respond to requests for information and stakeholder expectations.

1.3       ENHANCE THE USE OF DATA TO STRIVE FOR DIGITALIZATIONEffectively manage resources to perform risk-based targeted sampling by leveraging data analytical tools and identified risk factorsEstablish the sharing mechanism of data analytics between A/C core team and Level II.

1.4       CONTINUOUSLY IMPROVE REMEDIATION EFFECTIVENESSPerform root cause analysis for each identified findingSupport the business in developing meaningful remediation action plansEstablish tracking mechanism to ensure timely finalization of remediation action plansIdentify repeated findings and trend, proactively coordinate deep-dive and reinforced remediationMigrate the remediation approach to A/C core team so as to enhance the A/C program effectiveness in market.

1.5       Frequently connect with Global A/C Level II Team for regular update of technical guidance and progress tracking

1.6       Leverage the Level II team resources to support other A/C core functions (e.g. TPI, IGP, Non-TPI ACP) where applicable and appropriate.

2.       Subject Matter Expert (TPI Semi-SME)

2.1.      Work closely with TPI SME to understand in-depth of TPI procedures and processes.

2.2.      Provide solution insights and drive remediation for complicated TPI findings and issues.

3.       Critical Division (RBU) Business Partner (BP)

3.1.      The assigned critical RBUs include: Financial Controllership, IA and GBS.

3.2.      Determine the target audiences of these RBUs and deliver required ILT trainings to them.

3.3.      Participate the critical RBUs’ business meetings and act as the A/C one contact window for them.

3.4.      Participate the key business initiatives to ensure they receive the A/C requirements and support from beginning.

3.5.      Liaison with other A/C SMEs for specific issues to ensure the RBU receive timely and professional support.


    
Qualifications

·       Excellent level English (written and verbal).

·       Strong sense of business and commercial activities; logical and analytical minds; advanced knowledge of process and control methodology.

·       Expertized level of audit, fraud examination, forensic or investigation knowledge and experiences.

·       General understanding of China government operation system.

Familiar with various compliance and finance systems and good command of MS Office, specifically Excel, Visio and Powerpoint.

·       10 – 15 years of professional experiences in reputable organizations, preferably MNCs.

·       Big4 Audit Firms forensic practices experiences are preferred.

·       5 years of people management experiences.
