Job Description

职位要求:

1、充分了解会员制,负责会员沟通的内容 (包括且不限于社群文案/直播文案,专栏内容,会员活动文案等)的创新策划和撰稿执行,包括:选题、分析用户需求、内容梳理,能产出成熟的策划方案及文案;

2、统筹直播或视频制作团队,全流程跟进内容进度,精准把控内容质量,确保内容如期上线与更新;

3、围绕节庆主题进行会员门店或社群活动的策划并制定相应的运营规划,并联动团队完成落地;

4、长期关注行业情况及相关竟品,对现有内容持续迭代优化,积极探索新的主题和内容形式,并能完成落地执行

任职要求:

1、本科及以上学历,市场营销、传播等专业优先;

2 5年以上相关工作经验,文字功底强,活动运营能力强,两者兼备最佳;

3、有丰富的内容策划经验且有成功案例的优先;

3、逻辑思维能力强,沟通交流能力强,抗压能力强,能自我驱动,有较强的学习能力;

4、有一定的数据分析能力,能够自行复盘总结内容传播的效果,并根据分析结果不断迭代优化内容产出。
