1     区域内税务风险控制和管理,确保合规    40%

1.1   完成区域内的税务检查,确保没有例外事项

1.2   确保税务日常事项合规,包括不限于申报例外沟通、年度所得税相关资料审核、纳税信用等级、实名认证;

1.3   完成各项退税申请如年度所得税退税、疫情优惠政策退税、增值税留抵退税等

2     为公司的各项业务发展提供税务专业支持       30%

2.1   跟进完成新店项目、关闭店项目的税务管理,确保没有例外

2.2   跟进税务注销事项管理

2.3   发票政策培训,确保门店发票使用的合规;跟进发票投诉协助营运做好顾客服务

3     建立和维护区域内的财政、税务关系, 巩固公司诚信守法的合规形象 30%

3.1   建立和维护与主管税务机关的税企关系,确保各项税务事项有序开展

3.2   积极跟进地区财政、税务及政府的财政返还补贴

3.3   跟进地方政府鼓励类行业的批复,确保继续享受15%的优惠税率

China is a market with a vast number of opportunities. We are fully confident about the prospects of the Chinese economy and the Chinese market. Walmart entered the Chinese market and opened its first Walmart store and Sam’s Club in Shenzhen in 1996.

Currently, Walmart operates different formats and banners in China including Walmart store and Sam’s Club.
