Job Description

1. 负责公司大数据平台研发和系统设计,负责核心代码编写,进行业务场景和平台实现;
2. 负责大数据中台功能研发,包括数据资产/元数据管理/指标体系/数据开发工厂/作业调度和监控/大数据门户等平台
3. 参与软件工程系统的设计、开发,编写软件说明书 
4. 参与到代码评审、知识传递、初级员工培养等工作中,展现leadership能力;
5. 跟踪行业动态,引入新的技术组件,推广新技术应用
1. 6年以上Java应用研发经验,3年以上大数据平台相关应用研发经验;
2. 熟练常用开源分布式系统,包括Hadoop/ Hive/ Spark/ Flink/ Clickhouse / Dorisdb / Mongodb / dolphinscheduler /kettle
3. 熟悉常用的JAVA开源框架SpringMVCMyBatisSpringBootSpringCloud),并理解框架的原理和机制;有大型项目架构设计开发、优化、治理,有开源社区贡献者优先;
4. 熟悉java基础技术体系:jvm、多线程、gc,良好的面向对象设计理解,熟悉面向对象设计原则,熟悉常用的设计模式以及应用场景
5. 熟悉MysqlRedisMongoDB等常用的存储技术,具备优秀的SQL优化能力以及分库分表拆分经验;
6. 熟悉消息队列RocketMq,Kafka,rabbitMq中的一种;
7. 思维敏捷,逻辑清晰,对系统架构有自己的理解、对技术发展有明确观点,有大型技术项目承担主要职责的经验;
