Walmart China is now recruiting for Insight Manager of Walmart Omni-channel. The candidate is expected to work closely with business partners, identify and activate high quality consumer & market insights to envision business strategy and optimize in-store experience, build up team’s capability and drive costumer centric culture across functions.
Job Descriptions:
- Led regular consumer/market/category/competitor landscape to guide company where to play strategy
- Support in-store (both online & offline) experience optimization via deep shopper insights from consumer path-to-purchase and Job-To-Be-Done understanding
- Ongoing consumer tracking to understand retail equity trend and campaign effectiveness
- Support business partner to understand key business drivers via consumer understanding and big data modeling
- Develop consumer learning capability ride on Walmart CRM platform
- Manage team work priority and build up capability
- Manage relationship with research agency and explore new techniques

Education & Experience
- Bachelor degree and above
- 7 years above working experience in leading research industry (Nielsen, Kantar, IPSOS, etc.) or leading manufacture/retailer/ecommerce insight teams
- Quantitative & qualitative consumer research experience, Good data analytics skills
- Sufficient experience of managing research agency & managing team
- Very good English skills in speaking and memo writing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
