Job Description


1. 负责Online线上渠道测试工作,做好需求分析,制定测试策略、方案及计划

2. 统筹测试资源和任务分配,保证项目的测试进度和交付质量,做好线上问题的收集、跟踪和分析

3. 主导测试流程、测试技术在项目中的落地实施,及时跟踪推动问题解决,提升测试质量和效能;

4. 做好移动端功能、性能、安全、兼容性、稳定性测试工作,做好整体的质量把控

5. 及时做好项目的质量和测试效能分析,善于发现和总结影响质量和效率的问题并及时推动解决


1. 本科及以上学历,计算机相关专业,5年以上移动端产品(APP/小程序/H5)测试经验;

2. 熟悉敏捷软件测试的流程,熟悉常用的测试工具和测试方法

3. 熟悉并有移动端专项测试(性能、兼容性、安全、稳定性)经验,熟悉专项测试常用的测试工具和测试方法

4. 有一定的外包管理经验,有很强的质量意识,团队协作精神

5. 熟悉一种或多种脚本开发语言(pythonJavaGo或其他脚本语言),熟练http/https协议和中间件(Redis/Kafka),熟练编写SQL

6. 熟练使用任意自动化测试工具(JemterSeleniumAppiumJenkinsDocker等),有测试框架/平台/自研测试工具开发经验优先
