高级财务产品经理

岗位职责
1. 根据公司战略与数字化转型要求,为业务和财务团队提供数字化的系统解决方案,并负责重要财务项目的成功落地。
2. 能深度理解业务发展战略、规划和具体项目落地要求,和财务团队一起给业务提供财务和产品解决方案,并和业务、财务一起建立项目管理的目标和要求,负责财务子项目全生命周期的管理,满足业务上线时间、财务上线数据质量的要求。
3. 能深度理解财务各项工作的重点及分析目前可以优化的方向,一起制定财务产品发展方向和规划,通过产品产设持续提升财务工作的效率,逐步完成数字化工作的建设。
4. 负责财务计费、结算、核算、财务分析、支付&发票、资金、费控、预算、租金管理等一个或者多个方向的产品发展方向、整体架构设计、产品迭代等全生命周期管理,参考行业成熟财务产品和大型零售公司系统发展,完善产品能力。
5. 负责协调财务、上下游产品、研发、测试等资源,推动项目和需求的落地工作。

任职要求:
1. 有扎实的财务专业知识,在账务、资金、发票、结算、分析、费控、预算方面最少有一个是精通的,熟悉多个领域更优。
2. 有成熟财务系统设计、实施的经验,包含SAP、Oracle、金蝶、用友,或者有大型零售、电商、互联网企业的0-1的财务产品建设经验,两个方向最少有一个,都具备优先。
3. 有3年以上的专职财务产品经理岗位经验,具备产品抽象、产品规划、产品架构设计、产品PRD设计、产品全生命周期的经验。
4. 流利的英文口语及读写能力,大型外企工作经验优先
5. 5年以上工作经验,财务、计算机相关专业,本科及以上学历


高级财务产品经理-Oracle RMS方向

岗位职责
1. 根据公司战略与数字化转型要求,为业务和财务团队提供数字化的系统解决方案,并负责重要财务项目的成功落地。
2. 能深度理解业务发展战略、规划和具体项目落地要求,和财务团队一起给业务提供财务和产品解决方案,并和业务、财务一起根据公司项目管理的要求,负责财务项目全生命周期的管理,满足业务上线时间、财务上线数据质量的要求。
3. 负责零售业务从业务到财务的全链路的整体方案和架构设计,包含业务主数据(供应商、合同、商品、售价、进价)、供应链单据(采购、退供)、库存单据(调拨、库存盘点、库存调整)、业务库存(库存数量、渠道库存、全渠道库存)、财务库存(库存成本、库存明细账)、财务(计费、结算、核算)等,并负责其中具体的几个产品的管理,参考行业成熟财务产品和大型零售公司系统发展,完善产品能力。
4. 负责协调财务、上下游产品、研发、测试等资源,推动项目和需求的落地工作。

任职要求:
1. 必须有Oracle RMS的系统实施、推广、定制化开发、运营等经验,精通主数据、供应链单据、库存管理、财务库存、财务管理的最少1个模块,最少一个完整的项目经验。
2. 必须有自研供应链产品经验3年以上,精通主数据、供应链单据、库存管理、财务库存管理、财务管理的最少一个模块。
3. 有大型零售公司产品经验优先。
4. 有大型互联网公司产品经验优先。
5. 流利的英文读写能力,大型外企工作经验优先
6. 有5年以上工作经验,财务、计算机相关专业,本科及以上学历
