Job Description


1. 负责O2O履约产品线规划,包括订单、仓储、配送、库存中台等,搭建和完善履约产品持续迭代的支撑体系;
2. 负责业务的需求调研及分析、产品设计、业务测试、上线实施等;
3. 责跟进产品线项目核心数据指标和项目进度管控,对产品生命周期内各项指标负责;
4. 负责与技术产研团队紧密配合,有效协调资源推进产品线迭代,达成业务规划目标;
5. 支撑业务产品线实现前后端业务流程产品闭环设计,独立负责产品的需求分析,编写高质量的业务需求文档;
6. 负责行业动态的敏感度监控,形成竞品分析报告,为公司业务给出指导性建议,梳理系统的长期规划;


1. 5年及以上互联网产品或相关工作经验;
2. 有零售、电商、供应链物流相关工作经验者优先;
3. 对业务数据敏感,有较好的数据分析能力和优秀的逻辑思维;
4. 有较强的自驱力,热衷于推动变革,能在压力下工作。

Currently, Walmart operates different formats and banners in China including Walmart store and Sam’s Club.
