1.整合和调配大卖场及山姆供应商线上付费的广告资源;针对品牌或合作方的需求,负责沃尔玛自有线上业务线(沃尔玛大卖场+山姆会员店)全渠道商业化合作,优化和提升线上合作的商业化形态及落地方式。
2. 结合市场商业形态以及沃尔玛业务生态,根据新业务和商机需要,推动数据,产品,内容,技术领域的媒体创新合作资源。
3. 针对大促节点,策划营销主题玩法招商方案,吸引品牌商业化合作。
4.对消费者行为,电商营销,零售店内的营销资源和行业趋势有深入的理解和思考,对客户基础属性,线上线下行为等数据进行提取,整理,分析,挖掘,形成有价值的资源策略。
5.对品牌及品类有洞察分析能力,基于线上业务及资源,通过数据及效能分析,制定优化解决方案。
    
资历要求

1.            本科及以上学历,数据分析,市场营销或互联网运营等相关专业优先

2.            3年以上大型互联网平台运营或大促营销规划经验,有品牌合作营销案例及互联网大厂等工作经验者优先

3.            熟悉互联网用户运营,有成熟的运营经验以及成体系的理论方法优先考虑,对数据敏感,擅于分析和利用数据进行资源开发及促成商业化合作

4.            逻辑思维缜密清晰,具有较强的表达能力和良好的沟通协作能力,团队意识强;

5.            结果导向,强自我驱动力,工作积极、善于思考和学习,具备良好抗压能力和责任心。
