1. 参与品牌全年重点营销活动传播,能快速理解campaign卖点,分析传播需求,输出campaign主题、内容创意、传播形式、达人投放等传播策略;为全年品牌在社交媒体上的声量负责。
2. 与agency对接,负责社交媒体资源采买,并不断找到合适推广资源以及活动机制,不断创新社媒传播玩法,提升传播效果并对采买成本负责。 
3. 协同品牌、媒介、电商、门店等模块,能独立承担社媒传播项目管理角色,推动传播活动落地执行。
4. 日常涉及工作内容包括:创意策略输出、筛选对接KOL执行、合作方沟通协作,文案视频等内容把控,平台合作及资源开拓。

1. 至少3年以上社交媒体营销相关的工作经验。熟悉抖快红微信等平台KOL资源,了解有效合作模式及热度趋势。
2. 有脑洞但又细节控,即能玩得转创意,又能落地执行;有brand sense。
3. 较强的文案及视频处理能力,会拍片、懂剪辑、有自身社交媒体账号运营经验优先。
4. 有电商、快消公司创意传播或品牌整合营销经验优先。
5. 提供过往成功社交传播案例为佳。
