Job Description

Responsibilities

1 Responsible for preparing US Consolidated Financial Reporting and Analysis Package and other financial reports required, leading the communication with US Reporting team on financial data and reporting area.

2 Timely complete regular and ad-hoc financial reports and reporting analysis to US home office.

3. Assisting in leading the annual group audit and statutory audit for all the entities.

协助领导年度集团审计和所有实体的法定审计工作。

4.  Ensure that all underlying financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely in accordance with all US GAAP & local Statutory Reporting requirements.

5. Improve efficiency and drive process simplification in accounting and reporting analysis.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's and above. 5 - 8 years’ work experience in finance/accounting.

大学本科及以上学历。5 - 8年财务/会计工作岗位经验。

2. Master the knowledge of accounting theory, good at reporting preparing, including financial reports for individual legal entities and consolidation. Strong in accounting policies for US GAAP and CN GAAP, strong accounting knowledge in practice. Familiar with accounting flow, proficient in finance tool.

拥有系统的会计学理论,了解全面的会计处理。熟悉财务报表的编制,包括单体公司财务报表以及集团合并财务报表。熟练掌握美国公认会计准则和中国会计准则的会计政策,在实务实操中具有较强的会计知识。熟悉会计流程,精通财务工具。

3. Have good communication abilities across teams, proficient in both speaking and writing in English.

4. Work experience in Audit firm and Enterprise is preferred. CPA/ACCA is a plus.
