岗位职责:

             1.负责系统总体设计与核心代码开发:应用系统架构设计、开发框架搭建、开发规范制定,核心算法编写,指导开发团队进行业务模块代码编写等。

             2.负责优化现有产品架构,设计新的架构,解决现有技术架构的瓶颈,解决现有业务产品优化升级的技术问题等。

             3.负责产品的创新迭代,站在业务角度负责信息技术应用与创新,产品升级迭代,解决技术难点攻克以及技术设计方案的落地。

             4.负责现有产品进行重构设计、功能改进、技术升级。负责国产化项目适配、改造及迁移的整体方案设计。

任职要求:

             1.大学本科以上学历,7年以上工作经验,丰富的软件架构设计经验,实际完成并独立设计、改造的软件项目不少于3个,或大型项目1个。

             2.精通JAVA,扎实的Java编程基础,熟悉常用设计模式、多线程、JVM,包括内存模型、类加载机制以及性能优化,具有系统设计、系统架构能力。

             3.熟悉高性能、高并发、高可用性分布式系统设计,熟悉RPC、缓存、消息队列、负载均衡、分布式事务等,并能进行系统的调优和优化。

             4.熟练掌握SpringBoot框架,两年以上SpringCloud微服务框架开发经验,深刻理解微服务原理及运行机制,并对服务拆分、服务间调用、服务治理有独特见解。

             6.熟练掌握k8s,微服务,devops核心思想及做过相关实践。

             7.良好的英语听说读写能力。
