Job Description

岗位职责

1. 参与项目前期谈判,提供工程技术、报建等方面的相关意见,根据公司既定的工程建设际准和项目的实际情况,制定工程进场条件和交付标准;
2. 负责跟进项目业主的工程进展、业主相关批文等取得情况,与业主、地产开发保持良好沟通协调,促使项目按时按质实现进场条件,以便沃尔玛进场施工;
3. 根据项目时间表,制定并及时调整所负责项目的工程招投标时间及具体计划安排,以满足项目开业目标;
4. 在项目进展过程中指导、督促业主、总包、公司各部门供应商等相关人员实施安全、进度、质量控制,制定具体工期进度要求,使工程能按合理进度实施;
5. 监督和控制项目的工程变更,有效的控制项目成本;
6. 负责协助项目的相关政府主管部门(国土局、建设局、规划局、消防局、卫生局、环保局、安监局、质检站、档案馆等)的项目政府报建报批程序,以及其它工程类证照的申报、办理、验收及取证,与区域协调员共同协助项目经理与各政府部门、各相关部门的沟通,确保开业前各类证照的按时取得。


任职要求

1. 本科 - 建筑、工程管理、工民建等相关专业或以上;一级建造师;
2. 8年以上的零售业(外资优先)或大型综合商业地产项目负责经验(10万m2以上),接受长期出差的安排;
3. 较强的商业地产项目的建筑、结构、电气、给排水及暖通专业的相关专业背景
4. 良好的工程质量控制和工程预算知识;
5. 全面的项目规划和优秀的团队管理能力
6. 英语六级以上,良好的英文听说读写能力
7. 熟练掌握CAD、MS Office Word、 Excel、PowerPoint、Project等办公软件技能
