Job Description

职责:
1、 全面深入了解会员制的商业模式,通过市场数据、竞争对手、会员调查、利用供应商资源、参加行业展会等方式,制定符合会员需求的品类发展战略。
2、 根据品类策略,开发、引进高品质、高会员价值的差异化商品。
a) 产品开发方面,应全面了解市场趋势和会员需求变化,并运用于产品开发,应对整个过程从原材料、生产和质量控制以及成本变化等有全面了解和把控;
b) 产品规划方面,对新产品的定价、包装、PDQ、空间分配、陈列、上市速度、定量、补货等做出合理判断和决策;
c) 产品推广方面,与营运、电商、物流、市场部和其他相关部门合作规划商品推广计划、季节及主题性规划、新店规划;
d) 产品的财务表现方面,及时回顾和分析产品的销售、利润、售罄情况,及时采取对应的措施,实现产品的各项财务指标。
3、 根据品类策略,为了持续健康的为会员引进好商品,并为公司实现利润目标,需要具备灵活、熟练的供应商管理能力。
a) 不断寻找、发展和培养行业优质的供应商资源,使其商品在各方面符合山姆会员需求;
b) 通过定期、不定期的销售回顾和绩效考核,来确保山姆得到供应商在质量、生产、按时交货、库存上的保证;
c) 处理并保持与供应商的良好关系,根据品类策略的变化适时调整各供应商的商品策略和业务规划;
d) 及时跟踪供应商及产品在门店、线上的销售情况,出现问题,及时商讨解决方案、及时处理。
4、 能够领导下属,高效的管理品类,并不断发展、培养下属。
5、 任何时候,合法合规的做生意。
三年以上采购工作经验,家居、家纺相关经验优先
具有宜家、京东京造、天猫国际、网易严选、顺电设乡味(非电器品类)、唯品会工作经验,优先考虑
责任心强,团队合作意识强,具有较强的沟通协调及独立解决问题的能力
熟悉电脑操作及office应用
