Job Description

*     职位目的:

  1. 通过对门店鲜食的运营,实现销售及利润的持续增长,提高鲜食销售占比,损耗及费用的下降,提高鲜食的运营效率,完成鲜食的财务指标;
  2. 通过对各店鲜食区域的巡视、检查、培训及跟进,推动鲜食产品质量的提升,确保营运及采购标准、流程及政策执行的一致性,为会员提供高品质鲜食商品。

*     岗位职责:

  1. 分析鲜食各项财务数据,发现各店鲜食运营中销售,利润及损耗相关的机会点,为门店制定纠正计划并确保计划的落实执行,推动鲜食销售;
  2. 鲜食流程、政策的更新及优化,为门店员工提供鲜食商品知识、生产流程、岗位技能及设备操作相关的培训及演示,确保鲜食员工严格按照公司规范及要求进行操作,以稳固及提升我们的鲜食标准;
  3. 优化鲜食订货及加工的流程,提升鲜食运营效能;
  4. 协助区域对一线管理层进行赋能,提升管理层的专业运营能力;
  5. 一线营运痛点及最佳实践的收集,通过形成流程和标准帮助到更多的门店做得更好。

*     人才推荐需求:

  1. 工作地点:深圳
  2. 工作背景要求:有丰富的门店鲜食运营经验或采购工作经验者为佳,熟悉门店的运作流程及相关操作, 5年以上工作经验,其中3年以上零售业管理经验
  3. 技能、知识及个性特征:
