Job Description


1 Understand the sellers’ pain points on compliance area

Design & conduct a learning survey/research to pursue a deep understanding of pain points on compliance area from sellers, to reshape the learning design accordingly 

2 Define the learning goals & measurement       

Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and other learning experience designers to identify learning goals and learning outcomes for online/offline learning experiences.

3 Develop the training courses  

3.1 Develop training courses covering all compliance aspects (seller application, post on-boarding performances-IP, counterfeit, offensive, product safety and compliance…).

3.2 Leverage training tools to build online learning experiences that include assessments, interactive activities, animated videos, graphics and images, and text-based content.

4 Provide seller education through different channels    

4.1 Present and conduct offline trainings during seller recruiting event, seminars, and other seller activities.

4.2 Develop the seller education content to be posted on Website, Wechat, app, etc.

4.3 Ensure meeting the KPIs (effectiveness & efficiency enhancement) and conduct continuous improvement.

5 Communication           

Facilitate the communication between Global T&S team, legal, China E&C team, Marketplaces and third party sellers as required and help bring compliance challenges/voices from sellers to internal, and transform into seller education program as needed.



      Fluency in English and Chinese (Putonghua) languages, excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

      Excellent presentation skills, communication skills for the purpose of knowledge transfer and skill development, including superior skill in explaining technical topics to novices and collaborating with subject matter experts and managers.

      Strong time management and organizational skills, effectively prioritizes work time to ensure productivity and fulfills department standards for time spent.

      Strong analytical skills and understanding of utilizing data to make process improvements and solve problems Proficiency with databases, SQL and dashboard tools.     


      Minimum 5 years of working experience, with at least 3 years in a multinational organization

      Training certification a plus

      Previous working experience in eCommerce company



Bachelors degree from an accredited university/college.
