§  进行重点品类完整商详转化率现状诊断,输出商详页转化提升方案并带领团队保证策略落地,提升线上购物体验;

§  协同各个部门整合资源,推进方案落地,对重点品类商详转化率和用户体验提升负责;沉淀标杆案例/模式,推进模式在其他品类中的复制,推品全品类的转化率提升;

§  负责全盘把控商品的标题/卖点/商详等内容质量。

§  负责项目流程梳理、团队执行进度把控及工作质量交付,并每日反馈团队工作进度报告。


§  3年以上电商/零售/快消行业相关工作经验,熟悉线上线下零售渠道特性、快消品市场推广营销模式

§  具有商品品牌建立的敏感度和运营能力,能够阐释清楚品牌建立的业务价值和推广思路;

§  具有良好的顾客洞察分析能力,对顾客体验敏感,具备良好的用户运营视角;

§  2年以上团队管理经验,能够带领团队开展工作,培训团队人员,有较强的业务流程梳理能力及解决问题的能力;

§  英语听说读写流利能力佳者优

About Walmart China

China is a market with a vast number of opportunities. We are fully confident about the prospects of the Chinese economy and the Chinese market. Walmart entered the Chinese market and opened its first Walmart store and Sam’s Club in Shenzhen in 1996.

Currently, Walmart operates different formats and banners in China including Walmart store and Sam’s Club.
