Job Description

业务测试
1. 负责履约O2O项目业务测试,做好需求分析,制定测试策略、方案及计划
2. 测试左移和右移环节保证好项目的整体测试质量,做好日常版本迭代的质量复盘和线上问题的收集、跟踪和分析工作
3. 严格执行测试流程、拥抱测试技术在项目中的落地实施,及时跟踪推动问题解决,提升测试质量和效能;
4. 做好端到端的系统测试,组织好团队内对端到端的业务系统逻辑做好总结
5. 做好项目的质量和测试效能分析,善于发现和总结影响质量和效率的问题并及时推动解决

任职要求:
1. 本科及以上学历,计算机相关专业,4年以上财务、收银类系统测试经验;
2. 负责过大型的项目测试工作,有一定的专项测试(性能、安全、自动化)评估能力,熟悉敏捷软件测试的流程
3. 有一定的外包管理经验,有很强的质量意识,团队协作精神
4. 熟悉一种或多种脚本开发语言(python、Java、Go或其他脚本语言),熟练http/https协议和中间件(Redis/Kafka等),熟练编写SQL
5. 熟练使用任意自动化测试工具(Jemter、Selenium、Appium、Jenkins、Docker等),有测试框架/平台/自研测试工具开发经验优先

大数据测试
工作职责
1. 负责沃尔玛中国数字化转型大数据团队相关业务的测试,并保证整体的交付质量
2. 能够根据实际业务需求制定测试方案、测试计划及测试策略来保证数据测试的准确性及合理性
3. 不断完善大数据自动化测试的建设,引入新的测试工具、测试脚本来提升测试质量和效能
4. 统筹大数据的测试资源,做好协调和任务分配,保证项目按时交付
5. 参与制定数据质量测试标准,并在实际业务场景中落地和优化
任职要求
1. 本科以上学历,计算机相关专业
2. 5年以上大数据产品测试经验,分布式系统的实时/离线数据仓库测试流程及方法,对数据有较高敏感性
3. 精通SQL,熟悉Linux,熟悉并理解Flink、HDFS、Hive、Kafka等框架工作原理
4. 熟悉Python/Java等至少一种脚本语言, 有大数据自动化相关测试经验
5. 沟通表达逻辑清晰,自驱力和学习能力强,具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。

About Walmart China
