Job Description

工作职责:
1、 负责零售平台价格体系的搭建,包括但不仅限于价格监控,竞价、锁价、清仓降价等价格变更模块,价格策略,价格数据搭建等,为价格体系一体化和稳定性负责。
2、 负责支撑多样化的业务场景,从产品角度设计合理的对接能力,设计出具备兼容性和迭代适配性的产品。
3、 深入理解公司战略,全面研究并理解业务的现状和规划,挖掘并总结业务问题以及机会点。负责产品需求分析、场景分解,优先级制定,长短期阶段目标制定,规划产品发展战略和路线图及原型、PRD文档的输出。
4、 负责与其他产品、业务、研发、测试高效协同,推动产品建设与项目进行。
5、 参与国内外竞品分析和研究,关注前沿产品设计趋势、并在产品中进行应用。
任职要求:
1、 全日制本科及以上学历,5年以上产品工作经历,独立负责过一个或多个产品全生命周期的管理,有零售行业、价格体系相关经验优先。
2、 具备成熟的产品阶段规划能力,能准确划分产品阶段,把握阶段重点,持续优化迭代。
3、 能快速把握业务场景及用户痛点,善于分析问题,逻辑清晰,能够思考和发现事物之间的关系,乐于分析事物本质,数据敏感度高,擅长系统地解决问题。
4、 有良好的同理心和洞察力,能够有业务视角,产品设计能力强,能站在用户角度去设计产品,同时能兼顾技术落地的可行性。
5、 能独立负责产品线,推动项目的开发,并对产品上线进行总结复盘,负责到底。
6、 熟练使用Axure RP、Visio、MindMangager等工具梳理业务流程,设计产品原型。思维敏捷,善于创新,擅长PPT与文案撰写。
7、 良好的沟通协调能力,具备高度的团队合作精神。良好的自我学习能力,抗压及多任务驱动力,责任心强。
