产品经理(促销B端)

工作职责:

梳理全渠道促销核心业务流程以及数据,分析业务发展方向,研究用户需求,结合当前信息化及系统建设情况,规划产品发展战略和路线图。

负责产品需求分析、场景分解,优先级制定,长短期阶段目标制定及原型、PRD文档的输出。

负责管理与跟进产品全项目周期,通过客户价值驱动项目协同推进,协调各方确保产品高质量上线,完成目标。

负责收集及分析系统上线后的用户反馈,关注产品日常运营数据的变化,推动产品的更新迭代。

参与国内外竞品分析和研究,关注前沿产品设计趋势、并在产品中进行应用。

任职要求:

全日制本科及以上学历,5年以上产品工作经历,独立负责过一个或多个产品全生命周期的管理,有电商/零售、促销中台、数据分析等相关经验优先。

能快速把握业务场景及用户痛点,善于分析问题,逻辑清晰,能够思考和发现事物之间的关系,乐于分析事物本质,数据敏感度高,擅长系统地解决问题。

有良好的同理心和洞察力,能够有业务视角,产品设计能力强,能站在用户角度去设计产品,同时能兼顾技术落地的可行性。

跨部门沟通协作能力强,能推动项目的开发,并对产品上线进行总结复盘,负责到底。

熟练使用Axure RPVisioMindMangager等工具梳理业务流程,设计产品原型。

良好的自我学习,抗压及多任务驱动力,责任心强。
