Job Description


1.       根据公司战略目标负责制定安保、技术防范领域策略,负责安防系统升级维护及技术故障解决方案

2.       审核安保技术防范程序、安防设计流程标准,搭建安保、技术防范安全体系,并跟随国家法规政策和安防技术标准,更新迭代技防、安保操作手册指引及流程优化。

3.       通过评估外部安防领域的发展趋势和市场新技术设备运用,推动引进满足于公司业务需求的安防设备,更新迭代安保体系及硬件设备。

4.       管理及制定部门安保、技防管理标准、视频设备信息安全相关的政策、规范及流程,为公司各业态营运单位提供防范指引策略,提高公司安防管理水平,确保有效降低运营风险。

5.       结合公司低成本运作策略目标,收集制定安防业务预算目标方案,推动实施业务领域的费用节省措施,发布各类预算花费状况,保障公司策略的有效实施。

6.       负责全国商场安保高风险区域城市专项评估检查,实现商场安保系统化的运作开展,组织协调资源开展高风险区域、城市、商场的整改方案实施。

7.       有效分析、评估公司经营环境的安保现状及内外部环境的变化趋势,制定有效安保、技防风险评估工具,指导业务部门有针对性的制订安保、技防管理策略和工作计划并推动贯彻实施,保持公司业务得以持续的发展,打造公司安保文化和政策、程序和管理规定,降低公司的运营风险,为顾客和员工提供安全的工作和购物环境,保障公司有形资产和无形资产的安全。

8.       负责建立专业的区域技防团队,通过技术赋能及管理,完成新技术项目流程建设,推进安保、技防业务数字化合规运作

9.       研究同行业安防范管理体系标准,学习和吸收安防新技术管理模式的运用,为公司的业务发展提供新技术支持。

10.    通过持续提升公司安防规范、标准支持公司业务流程的改善,提高营运效率,为公司发展创造更高的业务价值。

About Walmart China
