岗位职责: 1、对电商物流履约链路情况进行完整的分析,基于数据监控业务指标的运营情况、提供业务运营预警,并持续优化核心经营监控体系; 2、基于公司战略,结合各区域实际仓储和运力资源,论证各种模式的优劣(开仓、关仓,搬仓,etc) 3、 结合电商业务发展,开展专题性分析研究,深入探查帮助解决物流履约仓配的关键性问题 4、关注行业动态、跟踪行业发展情况和市场物流仓配资源供给情况,能够通过建模对未来市场进行分析,给业务发展提供指引 5、定期提供相关业务分析报告,并汇报给业务线高管理层,能从数据中挖掘隐藏的问题点,并提出针对性的改善策略建议 任职要求: 1. 5年以上电商分析、商业分析经验,熟悉电商物流各类履约模式 2. 备优秀的数据分析能力,能够从数据中发现业务痛点并及时提出应对策略 3. 具备深入思考能力,有优秀的结构化思维能力及敏锐的数据嗅觉 4. 结果导向,能主动监控策略分析到实际效果达成,并持续迭代5 互联网行业电商履约相关工作经验优先
