Job Description

从门店营运的实际情况和业务需求出发,跨部门协作对接商品部、供应链,前置化参与项目落地设计,和营运专家一起建立相关的营运标准,及项目/标准落地执行检查机制(从COE门店到全国门店),帮助门店提升标准一致性和商品营运能力,帮助公司提升商品及库存流的效率。
工作内容:
1-对接与商品流有关的部门:采购部/补货组/运输部/赋能中心,支持营运内部鲜食/电商运营;
2-与采购部共同规划Feature planning,重要销售高峰(CNY/DBF/MAF…)陈列规划
3-库存管理:CWO及季节性商品出店
4-PI管理:负库存及无流动商品调整及跟进
5-与补货组对接,通过PI及库存管理实现更精确合理的补货
6-与供应链对接,通过改进规范带板运输标准,提升商品周转效率,帮助门店规划和管理库存周转空间
7-标准及执行落地检查机制:月度最佳实践项目,和营运专家一起根据业务需求,定期更新相关营运标准
8-支持新店营运标准的建立及落地
9-项目及变革管理

About Walmart China
