Job Description


1. 负责App内容频道的运营体系搭建,制定整体运营策略并负责垂直频道的深度运营,推动内容生态和用户活跃发展。
2. 洞察并定义不同垂类用户的内容消费、内容互动需求,形成差异化的内容发展策略,构建健康的内容生产和消费体系,不限于PGC和PUGC内容类型。
3. 能够通过数据发现业务的增长点以及业务增长的痛点,通过数据验证,推进相关产品功能上线和迭代,构建及强化新模式的底层基础能力。
4. 探索内容频道运营的多样性、创新性与价值,促进体验平衡和价值最大化,策划创意互动,提升C端用户对于内容平台的整体品牌认知。


1. 5年及以上互联网行业内容运营相关经验,擅长内容策略制定和内容体系搭建,有PGC运营经验,有操盘过产品级别的内容分发项目经验为佳,能基于用户分层制定个性化内容分发策略。
2. 具备较强的内容敏感度和对消费者内容需求、内容互动需求的洞察力,设计具有吸引力的内容方向和氛围。
3. 具有可落地的内容运营方法论,能够熟练的引导、活跃和管理内容生产者(包含PGC和UGC),具备线上运营搭建和管理经验,促进频道回访率和生产者粘性。
4. 具备出色的项目管理协调和业务规划能力,由团队合作精神,积极主动,有良好的执行力和抗压力。

About Walmart China

China is a market with a vast number of opportunities. We are fully confident about the prospects of the Chinese economy and the Chinese market. Walmart entered the Chinese market and opened its first Walmart store and Sam’s Club in Shenzhen in 1996.

Currently, Walmart operates different formats and banners in China including Walmart store and Sam’s Club.
