职位目的: 规划、执行与数据监控和系统实施相关的复杂项目。 工作职责: 1.数据分析和监控 (30%) - 通过数据(SWA, 客诉,合规低代码等合规所需的数据) 或者现场检查发现问题,并和与利益相关者的有效协作,组织并推动改善计划的成功完成。 - 通过数据分析,筛选出高风险区域和门店, 指导持续提升团队成员有的放矢的进行现场监测,并跟踪改进计划的效果。 -善于利用根源分析,通过改善设计方案和流程再造等方式,运用数据验证行动计划有效性,持续提升 2. 系统和看板搭建和维护(50%) -充分了解持续提升工作机制和报告要求,为 CI 团队以及紧密合作的业务伙伴开发或增强系统和仪表盘,以提高团队合规工作的效率。 -支持 CI Leader, 通过简化、标准化合规流程,有效利用数据工具,为业务提升合规效能并增值赋能 -设置仪表板以实现对所需合规领域的数据监控,并提供定期的汇报 -为 CI 团队提供需要向国际部汇报的数据看板 - CI 团队政策、流程、监控报告、会议记录等文件的保存。 3. 沟通与培训 (20%) - 合规团队内部不定期数据、项目管理培训和分享,帮助合规数据和项目管理能力建设 - 针对任何系统增强或部署,为用户制定并执行全面及时的沟通和培训计划。保持系统用户指南备忘录的更新。 任职要求 • 本科毕业,有 PMP,精益认证者优先 • 良好的数据分析能力,多个项目管理能力,能独立运作跨部门流程优化、自动化类项目(启动、计划、执行,监控、收尾) • 善于根因分析,能够通过数据发现问题、分析问题并推动解决问题,并且能持续监控改善计划的效率和有效性。 • 优秀的沟通和人际交往能力,能够与技术和非技术利益相关者进行有效沟通。 • 良好的英文读写能力 相关经验 • 具有零售/电商行业工作经历 • 5 年以上项目管理经验,包括管理复杂数据管理和系统实施项目的经验。 • 会搭建低代码程序者优先

About Walmart China

China is a market with a vast number of opportunities. We are fully confident about the prospects of the Chinese economy and the Chinese market. Walmart entered the Chinese market and opened its first Walmart store and Sam’s Club in Shenzhen in 1996.

Currently, Walmart operates different formats and banners in China including Walmart store and Sam’s Club.
