Job Description


·   负责文描视觉设计管理,根据零售全渠道的发展定位,制作相关文描视觉规范,同时带领设计团队根据规范展开设计工作

·   深度挖掘产品卖点/核心提炼,以创意及视觉语言将产品的利益点/优点有效的传达给消费者,提高产品的核心竞争力

·   担当团队创意核心、设计指导、效果统筹、设计沟通的任务

·   负责设计团队的工作分配,并监督工作进程,审核工作质量;指导设计师完成对相关设计工作的需求,确保各类项目按时按质完成;

·   负责本部门的培训工作和日常设计工作指导,调动下属最大创意能力;


·   5年以上设计团队管理经验,有电商文描设计经验者优先考虑

·   本科及以上学历,艺术、美术、摄影、设计等相关专业

·   超强的美术功底和审美能力,视觉相关技能卓越并能指导部门其他人员

·   工作主动,乐于挑战,责任心和事业心极强,具备优秀的团队合作精神

·   有良好的沟通能力,英文能力佳者优
