现诚聘多名山姆电商线上运营高级经理/经理 ,负责山姆电商线上运营工作,达成并提升会员拉新、转化、续卡及电商销售、利润等各项业务目标。
•        APP运营:与BI、品类运营等团队紧密合作,通过优化APP内容、项目放置和在线营销策略,优化流量和模块管理,提升客户全链路体验,提高转化率
•        品类运营:作为品类专家,与 APP 运营、采购、供应链和营运部门合作,打造线上场景化运营,配合采购、营销做全渠道销售提升;做好线上品类分析、品类创新、大促和大品运营规划,确保有效触达,提升商品影响力,确保销售、利润等目标的达成。
•        会员关系管理: 全链路视角关注用户购物及体验链路,用户视角、体验驱动决策。通过用户分层、用户画像描绘、用户消费行为分析、用户体验链路跟进,全链路的数据采集和精准分析发现和创造用户需求,同时采取相应措施提高全渠道转化率、复购率和续卡费。
•        产品管理:根据业务规划设计中长期产品路线图和短期功能优先级并协调相关部门进行产品优化,以提升会员体验。
•        外部渠道管理:通过外部渠道运营获取潜在会员并提高品牌知名度,负责京东旗舰店日常商品运营及营销活动的规划、落地,促成销售及毛利的达成。


任职要求:
良好的逻辑思维、分析能力及数字化思维,能基于数据进行有效分析,并作出合理判断。
沟通协调能力佳,能有效与相关部门及第三方进行沟通协作。
良好的客户洞察能力,并以顾客需求/习惯出发开展线上运营工作。
良好的市场敏锐度及学习能力,能拥抱变化,有创新意识。
强烈的进取心及责任心,抗压能力强。
本科或以上学历,具有3年以上电商运营工作经验(品类运营、用户运营、内容运营、活动运营、区域运营、CRM等任一方向均可)。

About Walmart China

China is a market with a vast number of opportunities. We are fully confident about the prospects of the Chinese economy and the Chinese market. Walmart entered the Chinese market and opened its first Walmart store and Sam’s Club in Shenzhen in 1996.

Currently, Walmart operates different formats and banners in China including Walmart store and Sam’s Club.
