Job Description

1        Core Function – Strategic Sourcing     
1.1        • Full buy in management, from demand management, market analysis, negotiation tactics, contracting, till execution upon requisition from internal stakeholders, Familiar with direct procurement of electricity.
Research government market-oriented energy policy and market trend; Exploring electricity trading rules.
Identify category strategy; Identify and Build strategic partner; Sourcing effective vendors. 
Drive total cost management.
Understand the technology. 
Support ESG related initiatives.
1.2        • Develops and maintains/drive category strategies in line with business needs as well as global Indirect spend management framework; • Develops innovative approaches; • Address questions or concerns related to policies, processes and decisions
2        Core Function – Supplier Relationship Management        
2.1        • Familiar with Supplier Relationship Management and driving improvement, experience in handling different supplier tactics (e.g., Strategic partner, bottle neck suppliers, etc.)
2.2        • Develops and manages relationships with BU, effectively communicates strategies, results, and metrics to leadership teams as required
3        Core Function – Smart Spend Management      
3.1        Capable to study spending data and make market research to find cost saving opportunities
3.2        Experienced to sponsor cost saving initiatives, get the support and success in implementation
3.3        Experienced in cross functional cooperation and efficiency project management to make sure sourcing project success.

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in logistics or Supply Chain Management, Business Administration
• 8+ years of experience on related areas, ESG preferred; Specific expertise in designated indirect spend categories
• Deep subject matter expertise of strategic sourcing
• Retail or Consulting industry experience preferred
• Ability to work as part of a global team, fluent written and spoken English
• Strong persuasion and influencing skills; Robust analytical and critical thinking skills
• Previous experience utilizing e-Sourcing tools such as Ariba & e-Auction & Cirtuo & SAP
• PMP, SCMP, CPSM/CIPS preferred
