2、 调研会员需求,明确并执行外部权益开发计划;

3、 拓展新的权益项目:

¨   负责新权益项目的市场调研及专享项目调研;

¨   洽谈合作方,具竞争力的条款引入新权益,完成合同签署;

¨   完成权益项目的流程及系统搭建;

¨   持续回顾权益项目,洞察会员需求,优化权益内容,为会员创造价值感与优质体验;

4、 完成员工培训资料的更新,并在权益启动时进行全国门店培训,推动门店正确使用和推广权益;

5、 带动会籍增长和增加会员粘度,为权益的使用指标、体验指标等负责;

6、 管理权益服务商,确保权益内容及权益品质,为会员提供更好的体验;

¨   管理服务商,了解行业信息,不断优化和提升权益内容;

¨   定期与服务商回顾权益效果和会员反馈,提升服务品质;

  ¨  不定期检查和调研服务品质;


资历要求
  • 年项目管理经验;
3、具有会员制零售商场工作经验,金融、旅游从业人员经验或生活品质服务行业经验优先;

  • 4、优秀的逻辑思考能力,业务感知能力,问题分析能力与问题能力,目标意识强;
  • 5、 本科及以上学历,优秀的英语书面及口语表达能力,英语六级或以上

About Walmart China

China is a market with a vast number of opportunities. We are fully confident about the prospects of the Chinese economy and the Chinese market. Walmart entered the Chinese market and opened its first Walmart store and Sam’s Club in Shenzhen in 1996.

Currently, Walmart operates different formats and banners in China including Walmart store and Sam’s Club.
