·        根据品牌定位,顾客洞察,规划符合目标顾客需求的整体大卖场形象,提升顾客在卖场的体验,建立品牌低价价值和品质鲜食的形象,从而增加复购和提升顾客的整体购物体验

·        不断提出更新迭代门店形象的建议并落地

·        制定和不断维护更新不同业态门店的整体形象指引

·        跨部门合作落地和制作相关的物料

·        管理相关供应商,管理和实际执行常规标牌预算

·        负责制定和实施落地新店和改造店的整体市场推广方案和形象规划,达成项目目标

·        维护和更新常规标牌



资历要求

·        大学本科及以上学历。市场营销或者设计专业优先

·        5年以上市场营销工作经验,最好有零售相关门店形象工作经验,如宜家,盒马等

·        以顾客为中心,对零售和顾客充满热情。

·        踏实可信赖,注重细节,良好的洞察力,思维活跃、具备创新能力,能够不断地探索,测试和迭代新的门店形象。

·        良好的统筹规划、沟通协调及项目管理能力。

·        自驱力及抗压能力强,良好的学习能力及问题解决能力

About Walmart China

China is a market with a vast number of opportunities. We are fully confident about the prospects of the Chinese economy and the Chinese market. Walmart entered the Chinese market and opened its first Walmart store and Sam’s Club in Shenzhen in 1996.

Currently, Walmart operates different formats and banners in China including Walmart store and Sam’s Club.
