Job Description


1.     对各类违反公司政策、员工手册、法律法规的案件开展独立、彻底、全面的调查,制定完善的调查计划、收集充分的证据和跟进调查面谈,撰写调查报告。

Conduct independent and throughout investigation of potential violations of the company policies, code of conduct and employee handbook. Draft the complete investigation plan, collect sufficient evidences, interview necessary parties and write clear investigation report.

2.     为区域AP的调查工作提供专业的指引和支持,确保区域AP内部调查工作在合法合规的前提下有效开展。审核区域AP提交的各类调查报告,确保调查内容的全面和完整。

Provide support and guidance to regional AP to ensure the regional investigations are carried out in compliance way. Review investigation reports submitted by the regional AP to ensure the completeness and thoroughness of the investigation.

3.     培训区域初级调查员了解并掌握相关的调查原则和程序.

Train the regional investigators to familiarize the investigation principles and procedures.

4.     能够熟练运用内外部工具(包括但不限于各类系统、数据挖掘和分析工具等),和调查技巧(面谈、证据收集和保存等),提高调查效率,降低调查风险。

Familiar with the internal and external data analyze tools (include but not limited to various systems, data digging and analyze tools, etc.), and investigative skills (interview, collect evidence) to improve work efficiency and reduce investigative risks.

5.     与相关部门、警方如有需要,保持良好的沟通,保证案件处理的顺利进行。

Maintain good communication with internal departments and/or police if necessary to secure the smooth progress of investigation cases.

6.     协助CI Director/Sr. CI Manager的工作。

Support CI Director/ Sr. CI Manager to complete works.
