Job Description


1、Establish and continuously improve H&S compliance system including policies and procedures to reduce the risk
2、Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics
3、 Coordination with legal to develop gap analyses of new H&S regulations and development of plans to ensure compliance
4、Develop the content of risk assessment and Guide the implementation of routine risk assessments across Walmart China locations.
5、Establish common communication tools and create communication plans through the Communications subgroup to ensure clear, meaningful and consistent messaging across Walmart China.
6、Create effective, efficient and consistent training and periodically review them
7、Monitor the H&S exceptions, ensure timely response and mitigation of risk.
8、Evaluating and measuring H&S program in order to close compliance gaps and continually improve programs and services;Evaluating health and safety performance against the metrics and creating new programs to improve results
 9、Providing support and guidance in the implementation and execution of mitigation programs, data systems, and services
10、Providing direction and oversight on subject related compliance matters within the market;Provide guidance and support to the investigation of significant incidents or Near misses
Promote the best practices sharing within the market.
Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals
Complete other job duties assigned by Sr. Manager, Environmental, Health and Safety

• CSE is required
• Familiar with OSHAS18001 Occupational Safety and Health Management System 
• Familiar with national and local health and safety laws and regulations
• Excellent Problem solving skills

• Good English and computer skills
