Job Description

Responsibilities

Ø  开展安全/损失/调查的数据和业务管理流程风险评估,针对风险制定适合的解决方案

o   对商场审核及数据报告分析,识别高风险领域/商场,制定管理方案。

o   结合公司内外部环境变化,预判商场存在的风险,采取防范行动,降低业务风险。

Ø  主导稽核审查项目实现有效风险管控,使运营过程中循序渐进的优化内部管控

o   通过流程回顾/现场审核等方式进行监测,识别商场管理存在的共性问题,制订团队改善方案并推动解决。

o   鉴别商场运行过程中存在的风险点,划分风险等级,联合业务部门推动解决。

Ø  发起商场运营的日常风险预警,监测风险趋势并有效提醒

o   剖析系统数据报告表现,监测安全/损失/调查业务风险趋势,发出预警。

o   参与公司项目,梳理影响业务的风险点,预防高风险发生。

Ø  监督与改进风险管理有效性,提出调整建议

o   运用数据分析/现场查核等方式检验商场风险改善情况,优化改善行动。

o   在事件真相还原过程中,识别业务流程风险点,结合业务需求推动流程政策完善。

Ø  多形式和途径的培训与赋能,促进风险管理能力提升

Ø  定期进行执行成效管理追踪,降低业务风险

Requirements

1、本科及以上学历

2、具有零售业十年以上管理工作经验。

3、具有五年以上安全管理领域工作经验

4、技能、知识及个性特征:熟悉国家/地方安全法规,熟练掌握零售业安全管理各项关键控制点。具备优秀的安全管理知识。具备良好的风险评估能力。资源整合度高,沟通、协调、组织能力强。

5、良好的书面表达能力及电脑技能。

6、有注册内审师(CIA)优先
