Job Description

【岗位职责】
1. 沃尔玛支持中心桌面运维支持与管理工作,包括计算机、电话、打印机、邮箱 、VPN、BYOD等相关的运维升级支持、设备选型与管理工作,保障桌面运维稳定正常,提升员工满意度
2. 沃尔玛支持中心IT设备的资产管理与相关的年度预算制定工作
3. 会议室系统以及会议设备的运维管理工作
4. 科技部公众号的运营推广和科技角培训的组织工作
5. 参与账户AD、权限的规划设计,确保信息安全
6. 负责桌面运维团队的管理,制定团队工作目标,建立桌面运维人才梯队
7. 制定和编写桌面运维管理相关制度与规范,并负责执行落实和持续优化更新
8. 协调与完成管理层临时交办的桌面支持工作任务

【岗位要求】
1. 学历要求:本科及以上学历,计算机相关专业为优先
2. 工作经验:5年以上桌面运维工作经验,1年以上团队管理经验,具有丰富的桌面故障响应处理与性能调优经验,有外企或跨境电商相关工作经验优先
3. 语言要求:良好的英文读写能力,能与国际部进行跨团队合作,口语良好优先
4. 熟悉Windows 体系,有MCSA/MCSE等证书为优先,并对OA、AD、VPN、BYOD等账户与网络问题,具备丰富的桌面故障响应处理与性能调优经验
5. 乐于研究桌面运维自动化工具解决方案,有较强的分析和亲力亲为的解决问题能力,对新技术解决方案充满热情和学习能力
6. 具备良好的团队合作精神,有较强的理解能力、沟通表达能力和抗压能力,有前瞻性和结果导向型思维
