主要职责

n  城市合规团队管理:

·          为所辖区域内城市合规团队设计系统性赋能计划和落实,以提升他们的合规专业技能;

·          定期回顾所辖区域内合规主管KPI的完成情况,提供足够的支持促使其KPI的达成;

·          通过定期会议指导和支持合规主管,确保目标一致;

·          合理分配团队资源,通过领域划分以提高效能;

·          为新合规主管制定培训和考核计划,以确保他们达到岗位要求;

·          监督城市合规团队工作质量,对低绩效人员提供提升计划或汰换。

n  开展自查和监督检查:

·        部署针对特定风险的城市合规主管专项检查计划;

·        落实针对城市合规主管工作质量的监督检查,并定期回顾监督结果;

·        基于风险原则,对所辖区域门店进行风险评估,并通过监督检查形式,对合规高风险门店进行持续跟进,帮助其提升合规标准;

·        负责突击MOPR合规检查项的有效执行,通过定期校准确保检查标准一致;

·        组织区域内城市合规主管交叉检查,进一步呈现潜在风险;

·        监督抽查虫害服务商服务质量。

n  业务支持与沟通:

·          与审核、化学品、虫害服务等三方合作,为区域管理层、门店提供培训,影响关键角色的合规意识提升;

·          主导所辖门店升级的虫害一级行动;

·          识别所辖门店的共性问题,建立专项跟进或与相关方共同优化流程;

·          推动合规流程和项目落实到门店,识别改进机会点并实施改进计划;

·          建立与持续提升团队在Right Start项目上的协作机制,确保新店以正确的方式开展业务;

·          支持门店减少政府检查和处罚,并保护公司的声誉;

·          定期参加大区、小区营运会议,分享合规自查信息及闭环计划;

·          SDODM、区域各团队负责人建立定期的沟通机制;

·          在管理危机和其他关键事件时提供协助。

About Walmart China
