Job Responsibilities: 

Leading & directing Operation Policy & Training Team, oriented by company strategy, based on business development and operation status, build up Operation Standard Policy system, responsible for establishing and maintaining operation training model to 400+ hypermarket stores which aligned to channel diversification & business development, achieve digital and job specific policy and training system to provide professional business training to stores management under company operation standard, policy and procedure, ensuring effectiveness training and learning for stores associates about Company policy and standard, which leading to final touch town in stores.


Leading on formulate operation policies & standard procedures according to business development, embody policy & procedure with the best way of training & learning, to provide consistent standard to stores execution; Consolidate the pattern of Policy and training to achieve efficiency enhancement;

Designing and developing OPS Training program innovatively aligned with company business strategy and talent cultivating plan, and meets to Operation basic business requirements & job duty specialized, re-design to keep pace with the development of business and flexible talent structure, leading & driving regional effective talent growth and development plan, cultivating qualified retail talents;  

Designing & initiating optimization and innovation based on business development, apply innovative tools, models to promoting training effectiveness, maximize influential and efficiency of training;

Leading & conducting project promotion, involved in project planning, accelerating project touch down through training, execution monitoring and results analysis and examination, aims at driving innovation & business performance improvement, achieving process optimization;

Collaborating closely within cross-functional managements to build and sustain trusting relationships, ensure the objectives, goals and strategies are met and reach the alignment;

Supervising, motivating and coaching team members to help deliver against the objectives, developing high performance team, builds and maintains an environment that creates an immediate and compelling sense of urgency in others, and enables them to achieve levels of performance and results that exceed expectations.
